To place orders on the www.argilaalbastraderaciu.ro website, we recommend that you carefully read this section along with the terms and conditions page. Any order is made with full knowledge and acceptance of all the specifications on the site.
CHOOSE PRODUCTS
Through the menu and other links on the site, navigate through product categories or subcategories. The displayed products are presented in detail with all information. Once you have identified a product that meets your desires, click the "Add to Cart" button.
SHOPPING CART
The value of the shopping cart is permanently displayed on the site. Every time you add a product to the cart, you will be directed to the shopping cart page, where you can update the quantity of products you intend to order or remove one or more selected products.
Click the "Back to Shop" button if you want to continue browsing the store and add other products to the cart. If you wish to modify the quantity of some products from the "Quantity" column.
To proceed to the next step, click the "Billing Details" button. Next, fill in the billing information to send the final order to our operators.
BILLING DETAILS
Fill in all billing details according to the billing method, either "Individual" or "Company".
Time required to complete the form: 1-2 minutes. Except for the "email address" and "comments" fields, all fields are mandatory; if they are not completed, you cannot proceed to the next step.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Check the contents of the cart again and if you have correctly filled in the billing details. All displayed prices include VAT. Shipping and delivery costs are not included in the displayed order value, as they vary depending on the order. Delivery conditions or any discounts will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
If we consider that the data is accurate, you will be contacted as soon as possible for confirmation, and your order will be processed. An operator will contact you to establish the payment method (cash on delivery or bank transfer), the delivery method of the ordered products (including delivery costs), and any discount offered.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT CONDITIONS
After placing the order, you may be contacted by a representative of our company for order confirmation.
Once the order is confirmed, the parcel delivery will be made through a rapid courier service (Fan Courier), the delivery time of the products (within Romania) being a maximum of 3 working days from order confirmation.
Product shipment is done from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:30.
Before delivery by the courier company, you will be contacted by a representative to set the address and time you are available to receive the parcel.
For cash on delivery orders, the payment is made at the time of parcel pickup.
SHIPPING RATES
The general delivery rate is 20 lei. However, shipping fees may vary depending on the quantity ordered and the destination.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To make a return, please contact us by phone or email. To return, items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition.
Products ordered online can be returned according to the current law within 15 days from the order confirmation date. Returns for products are made only through the courier company approved by us.
After sending the return request and its approval, you will be contacted by the courier to pick up the parcel.
The delivery cost is covered by us. If the return does not meet the return conditions, the delivery cost of the products to the client is borne by the client. Products are not exchanged for identical or different items.
Some items, due to their special characteristics, must meet special conditions to be returned. Please contact us.
PACKAGE PACKING
If you do not have the original packaging, you can return the order in any other, provided it is well sealed without presenting the risk of damage or loss of products during transport.
REFUND
The refund will be made after we receive the items in our warehouse. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used for shopping. It may take up to 14 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on the banking entity.

If the order is made from outside Romania, please contact us to determine the best delivery method for you. Our company is not responsible for the quality of the courier company's services.
