External treatment involves applying poultices on the epigastric region (upper part of the abdomen), between meals.

Internal treatment consists of serving a glass of clay water (200 - 250 ml), or 2-3 clay granules, at least half an hour before main meals. The duration of internal treatment is 21 days, even if healing seems to occur earlier, after which clear water from the clay will be consumed for 7 days. The treatment is resumed until complete healing of the conditions.

The hygienic-dietary regimen consists of serving 4-5 meals a day, with food being well chewed, avoiding the consumption of hot foods.
During painful periods and depending on tolerance, and during calm periods, the following should be avoided: sauces, fried foods, concentrated meat soups, spices, alcohol, dark bread, cabbage, cucumbers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, nuts, lard, bacon, processed meats, buttermilk, smoked meats, chocolate, and concentrated sweets. Consumption of sweet milk, cottage cheese, sweet cheese, butter, cream, soft-boiled eggs, lean boiled meat, lightly boiled fish, potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, 1-2 days old white bread, cheesecakes, mildly sweetened compotes, unadulterated fruit juices (natural) is recommended.

Recommendations for the most efficient use of Blue Clay compresses/poultices
To make the composition, Blue Clay is mixed (in a glass, wood, or ceramic vessel) with warm water until a dense paste is obtained. Before application, the paste must be left to mature for approx. 4 hours.

Poultices are applied to the affected areas so that the covered surface is slightly larger than the treated area and covered with nylon/cellophane foil to keep the moisture of the composition (dry clay has no therapeutic effect). The duration of application of the poultices is usually 1.5 - 2 hours.

To increase efficiency, the paste can be combined with small amounts of oils, tinctures, or plant macerates, depending on the condition. The application of poultices on the abdominal area should be avoided by women during the menstrual cycle.

Recommendations for internal treatments with clay water
To prepare clay water, add a teaspoon of clay (paste or powder) to 3/4 cup (150 ml) of still water and let it sit overnight. It is drunk in the morning, on an empty stomach, only clear water, for 3 days. Then the treatment continues for 21 days, during which the water is shaken before consumption (practically ingesting the entire composition, the so-called "clay milk"). A 7-day break is taken, and the treatment continues for another 21 days, during which "clay milk" is consumed.
In case of adverse effects (e.g., constipation), the dose is reduced. Throughout the treatment, the dietary regimen will be low in fat, caffeine, and sweets, for better absorption of minerals into the body.
